Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
• Work closely with colleagues from the sales team
• Approach relevant residential building developer, designer and system integrator throughout the CZ&SK region
• Promote video intercom and other relevant security products to the target group of partners (developer, designer, system integrator and distributor)
• Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups
• Actively support marketing events to video intercom products and other security solutions
• Assist consultants in specific projects
• Prepare market and customer reports required by the management

Požiadavky na zamestnanca
Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
• Experience in selling video intercom systems for at least 3 years
• Proven negotiation skills on cooperate level
• Self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal ability
• Solid experience and skills in MS Outlook and related products
• Experience with CRM system is an advantage
• Great business sense
• Deep understanding of industry standards, channels, and sectors
• A strong initiative, honesty, and integrity
• Ability to be open minded to working in a multi-cultural company
