The position of Technical Director is critical to the current and future of …………… Europe. Operating in a customer-focused environment, this position requires the incumbent to think and act autonomously while ensuring we stay on the forefront of technology to develop products and services to meet existing and new customers’ needs. This position is a member of the …………… European senior management team and as such attendance at regularly scheduled management team meetings is required. The position is responsible for New Product Development and Quality Control activities in Europe with potential expansion into other areas, extensive travel nationally and internationally may be required. Working hand in hand with other key functional areas of the business, the incumbent will ensure that the business will be maintained and continue to grow through several business development activities.

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
• A Bachelor’s of Science degree in a technical discipline or with project management experience
• Ability to function as an active team member and collaborate with fellow team members.
• Goal oriented individual with proven leadership abilities who can mentor and educate their teammates.
• Familiarity with Microsoft office applications
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and team leading skills
• A working knowledge of methods relating to continuous improvement
• Experience in packaging or Injection Moulding is a must.
