We are now hiring for our client, successful real-estate development company operating on an international level.
In connection with the past expansion of the Company into CE&SE markets we are looking for a KYC specialist that would strengthen the Company’s team.
Responsibilities:
• A working knowledge of KYC/FATCA/CRS/AML procedures and standards
• Evidence of all received KYC/FATCA/CRS/AML requests with all relevant information related to these requests
• Identify and execute process improvements, provide guidance and support on key process and technology initiatives to the business
• Support the development of the KYC/FATCA/CRS/AML program and associated risk mitigation standards for existing, new and changes to regulations including policies, guidelines, training and communication.
• Support the legal and compliance team in the provision of enabling guidance
• Research, create and deliver training to colleagues across the EU
• Support the monitoring of regulatory developments, changes in legislation, collate relevant information
• Coordinate the drafting and submission of reports internally and externally to regulators

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
• 1-3 years of experience on similar position.
• Experience from an in-house department of an international company or bank may be an advantage
• Team player with good negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Able to demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills with experience of conflict resolution
• Discreteness and ability to handle confidential information;
• Possesses strong time management, relationship building skills
