Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
•Design, analysis and optimization of the business processes
•Improvement of the IT services quality
•Partial responsibility for the design and development of applications
•Cooperation with developers, suppliers and project managers to define performance goals and evaluate their feasibility
•Monitoring of live systems to make sure they run in accordance with the documentation
•Participation on the status meeting and partial responsibility for prioritizing topics
•Management of the application delivery process including build, testing, migration, release and post-release
•Collection and analysis of data from system users in order to define the main objectives in dedicated applications
•Testing of application functionalities before going live to make sure that the application meets the business requirements
•First level of support for key users of dedicated applications and proposal of solutions for fulfilling user requests
•Cooperation with the IT Security team, defining application security requirements, taking into account the Data Protection aspects
•Cooperation with IT infrastructure providers (internal and external)
•Management of projects, development of projects plans and performance monitoring
•Preparations of reports and analyses in accordance with the business requirements
•Supervision of the less experienced team members in the testing and development phases
•Working in Multinational Team, supporting Sales processes and systems in Central & Eastern Europe markets

Požiadavky na zamestnanca
Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
•3+ years of experience in IT Business analysis, consultancy or related
•Proven experience in maintenance and support of complex IT systems
•Expert knowledge of MS Excel
•Advanced documentation skills
•Understanding of architecture of IT systems, including cloud applications
•Knowledge of database management (e.g. SQL Server) would be considered an advantage
•Knowledge in SAP (Fi and CO modules), MS Navision, MS SharePoint would be considered an advantage
•Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
•Excellent organizational and communication skills
•Great analytical and conceptual thinking
•Willingness to learn new skills
