The main responsibility of Consulting engineer is to provide technical consultancy on commercial buildings projects (business centres and shopping centres) across CEE countries.
Job description
- Collects, summarizes and implements technical know-how into company projects.
- Provides Design Requirement Criteria
- Provides technical support for Concept design, Scheme design and Business Plan including all permitting stages.
- Proposes optimal or innovative technical solutions in cooperation with other company team members including appointed design teams.
- Co-creates, coordinates and comments on designs prepared by appointed designers.
- Actively seeks for innovations for which prepares technical and cost analyses.
- Optimizes and provides guidance for appointed designers in respect to proposed technical solutions for Concept and Scheme design phases
- Advices on technical attachments to contracts with appointed design teams
- Collects and summarizes inputs and outputs during permitting stages - EIA, Zoning and Building Permit Design.
- Co-approves all stages of project documentation up to Scheme design stage.
