We are now hiring for our client, successful real-estate development company operating on an international level.
Project Manager leads, coordinates and manages projects within HQ procurement department to balance triple constrain interaction.
Responsibilities:
• Prepares a project plan, including project objectives and time table, which ensures completition of the project in line with client expectations and agreed objectives.
• Leads the project by motivating and coaching the small number of project members who are involved
• Conducts appropriate analysis as an input for effective project planning in order to ensure the ongoing projects meets expected results
• Ensures the project delivery including adjustments and improvements to deliver according to the expectations
• Reports progress in a regular basis to project owner for the overall project
