We are now hiring for our client, successful real-estate development company operating on an international level.
The added value of a Product Design Manager is to collect, summarize and implement company know-how into development projects in concept creation phases of the project, and thus to link the development of project with unique product value proposition.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support in terms of Concept, Scheme design and Business Plan for Development Manager and related project team.
• Provide an optimal solution of a project scheme/concept in cooperation with Product Design specialists, general designer and service´s designers based on criteria and inputs of all Project team stakeholders (e.g. development, leasing, construction, concept, facility management, divestment, etc.).
• Integrate inputs on different criteria of the project (e.g. market offer, market standard, technical limits and quality, investment and operation costs levels, etc.) and co-creates best possible solutions in regard to Business logic of the project to the a project/concept/ scheme design.
• Co-create architecture and design of a project.
• Co-create unique selling points to differentiate the project (from architecture, design, scheme, concept point of view).
• Provide and coordinate communication in/out Product Design Team for relevant project.
• Manage the cooperation with general designer (e.g. design brief) in respect to proposed solutions in phases of Business Concept and Scheme design creation.
• Provide guidance to contract terms and scope of deliverables in General designer contracting.
• Collect and summarize inputs and outputs during Concept design stages (EIA, Zoning and Building Permit Design).
• Involve designers and Product Design specialists into solving of a project´s objectives.
• Co-approve of all stages of project documentation up to construction (execution) documentation.
• Provide commercial and technical consultancy to Project team and third parties (incl. prospective tenants).
