• Responsible for one branch location
• Oversee all areas of the business
• Promote and maintain customer relations with new and existing clients
• Monitor and manage the activity of branch staff, in order to ensure appropriate delivery of service to clients. Focusing staff on building productive candidate and client relationships to enhance the success and profitability of the branch that they lead.
• Hiring, training and developing staff
• Responsible for P&L (profit and loss reports)
• Monitoring of competition activities
• Represent ****** in conferences, meetings, exhibits, and other special events; promote new and existing programs and initiatives
• Identify recruitment sources and develop a constant cooperation
• Conduct interviews to fulfil specific missions when necessary
• Sales & Service Activities – 70% of their time
• Team Management – 15% of their time
• Finance and Management Control – 10% of their time
