Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

• Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal customers and long term relationships with external customers. Increases efficiency, effectiveness and quality of work – follows the role “continue improvement”.
• Supports leading the invoicing department.
• Manages the complete monthly invoicing process in accordance with company and project procedures.
• Obtains and collects all information needed to calculate invoices.
• Checks contracts and resolves discrepancies.
• Summarizes und updates all data from contracts in detailed tables.
• Enters the input data in the invoicing system.
• Issues invoices and sends them to customers through various channels.
• Ensures all monthly activities are complete and accurate.
• Provides reporting/spreadsheets as required and requested.
