We are looking for a new talent for our client, leading copmany in the field of commercial real-estate.
We are looking for an Internal Communication Executive, who will cover internal communication ativities across branches in CEE region.
• Management of existing InterCom channels and tools including their editorial and content management (Newslettre, Hello platform etc)
• Internal announcements copywriting and publishing preparation
• Internal communication campaigns preparation and internal events communication support
• Support of Group InterCom Manager in development and implementation of new communication tools and channels
• Preparation and development of internal communications roadmap and analysis and evaluation of results based on relevant KPIs. Based on the results, actively suggests improvements and remedies to identified issues
• Responsible for alignment of Internal communication with external communication to ensure time and content synchronisation of both communication streams
• Provides input and cooperates during the completion of the annual plan and budget for InterCom activities
• Regularly monitors budget use (overdrawing, etc.) and immediately informs superior when required
• Strictly follows and ensures compliance with corporate design in all communication production activities
• Works with up-to-date analytics tools to evaluate and report the effectiveness and efficiency of company’s communication in internal communications channels

- Working experience in internal / external communication / social media
- Advanced experience with internal communications tools
- Adequate knowledge of web analytics tools, social media management tools
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro (Adobe Softwares)
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Fluency in English
