Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
• Maximizing the return in terms of cost and competitive products
• Support “ad hoc” for events requiring urgent attention
• Track plant’s performance metrics and drive correction of deviations
• Submit to Plant Manager proposed prioritized actions, establish calendar of events
• Drive the most efficient use of resources to Continuous Improvement activities
• Implementation/upgrade of the Pace Board process at all machines workstations, Team Board process at the groups defined in the facility, Accountability Room Process and the Plant suggestion system
• Standardize processes across all plants as the basis for systematic and relentless improvements
• Benchmark processes and procedures between facilities to identify best practices
• Drive Best Practices implementation and follow-up implementation
• Use enterproj’s Plant Performance Roadmap as reporting mean and tracking tool for the activity
• Manage his internal budget and address any deviation
• Provide on a monthly basis clear status for defined CI KPI´s
